Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Power and the Therapists Shadow

In this course we explore the split in the healing archetype that encourages the client to carry the therapists' shadow tyrant.  The challenge for the therapist-client couple is to integrate creative and destructive polarities through facing shadow issues such as; seduction, false gold, idealisation, disenchantment and negative transference.  This workshop has a practical focus to enhance the skills of the therapist in dealing with the dark unconscious issues that get constellated in the shadow of their hopes to cure as well as for them to grasp the nettle of their own potency.

Chris Robertson BSc, MPhil is a registered psychotherapist and has been a supervisor and a trainer since 1978 working extensively in several European countries.  As well as psychosynthesis, he trained in child psychotherapy and family therapy.  He is a co-founder and training director of Re•Vision.  He has a private practice with individuals and couples and also works with executive coaches and consultants through Spiral Consulting.

This weekend is only open to suitably qualified counsellors and psychotherapists as it involves joining an existing training group for the weekend.
