Re-Vision

some quote lorem ipsum and so on... Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

re•vision

re•vision is an educational charity which offers a unique combination of heart, head and soul. Its practical function is to offer professional training in Integrative Psychosynthesis Counselling and Psychotherapy, which is accredited by BACP and the UK Council for Psychotherapy.

What is different about re•vision's approach?

  • emphasis on caring for soul as the forgotten 'Cinderella' of our modern culture
  • valuing the dark aspects of our being as much as those in the light
  • a subtle and deep integration which brings together the best from different traditions
  • a trust in the wisdom of the psyche as revealed in symbolic and imaginal process
  • an organic mode of learning that respects inner experience and makes theory personally relevant
  • a rich variety of learning methods including movement, artwork, ritual, stories, dialogue and energy work
  • experienced trainers from a variety of different backgrounds.

  • Fees

Our aim is to continue to make our courses and training widely available and, in light of the current financial situation, we have not increased our fees for 2009/10. We continue to offer our successful bursary scheme.

"The bursary system is exemplary and a particular achievement for such a small organisation." HIPS/UKCP assessment panel

    Bursary Fund

Ethnic diversity is not adequately reflected in the counselling and psychotherapy profession. Students and graduates from minority ethnic backgrounds who have trained at Re•Vision have alerted us to the growing need for professionally trained practitioners within their own communities. We want to reach out to this wider cross-section of the community. In response to this we have created a bursary fund to facilitate the training of counsellors and psychotherapists from less advantaged and ethnic minority backgrounds.
